Shelf-Life and Dating

The expiration date for Remedy Repack medications will be no less than 9 months from the date of delivery. Our experience shows that 9 to 12-month dating benefits our customers by:

• Decreasing the amount of inventory maintained on site
• Encouraging FIFO (first-in-first-out) inventory management
• Decreasing the risk of an entire shipment being recalled if a specific lot is recalled
• Saving money when a price decrease results from a manufacturer supplying a new generic medication

At Remedy, stock orders pulled from on-site inventory are typically processed, packaged, and shipped from our facility within 24–48 hours. This quick turnaround allows customers to maintain lower inventory levels while relying on Remedy for ongoing replenishment needs.

For customer-owned products that are drop shipped directly to Remedy, we target a 5–7 business day turnaround for repackaging and shipment from our facility, depending on order volume, product requirements, and receipt of complete shipment documentation.
